The Doorway is a film about what lies beyond this world. More specifically it is about the EVIL that fills half of that “other side” is ever-working to break through to our world in order to influence and control the actions of the weak willed and the damned. At its core, “The Doorway” is story about a boy who was marked by just such EVIL at a young age without realizing it. Some 13 years later he and his friends return to the house where his descent began all those years earlier for some good natured frivolity in celebration of Halloween. Unfortunately, for them they quickly discover that when an EVIL is so strong and malevolent it can not be contained…especially when it is time for it to claim one of its own. To their misfortune, this group of friends has unknowingly begun a night that will determine the fate of not only their lives but possibly their very souls.
