She is a firm believer in the holistic approach; mind, body and soul. After many seminars she has attended about relationships and understanding and appreciating men, has enabled her to be more than a fitness coach, but also “counselor” to her clients.
Ms. da Costa has experience with public relations and worked as a model/spokesperson for many companies in Venezuela, Aruba and the US both including Revlon, Heinz, Mattel, FIAT, CANTV, Toyota, Web TV, Cingular Wireless, Axe, Self Magazine and more.
