Last night was an incredible night as we met hundreds of people at Get Connected. Since we are casting and crewing up for our upcoming feature film, All 6′s ‘n 7′s, it was great to be able to get out and shake hands and met a lot of you face-to-face. Thanks to everyone who came out and came and talked with us. Hopefully, we answered your question or at least were able to shake your hand. We appreciate your support and we know that a film community only survives if those involved support each other. Now, we are still casting and crewing for “All 6′s ‘n 7′s” and we ned your help to get the word out there about the project. Here are some of the roles we have to cast as well as our indiegogo campaign. Please continue to support us as we try and bring Atlanta-based filmmaking to another level!     PRINCIPAL ROLES TO BE CAST: The Female roles that require Nudity will be compensated with up front $$$ as well as Deferred Day rate, IMDb Credit, Reel, and Meals submit at contact@spiritworldfilms.com ALI – Able to play 18-21 she is stunning beautiful, a Show Stopper! She is Popular, Smart, and Sexually Aggressive (But she is basically acts like a teenage guy trapped in the body of a beautiful woman) She is also “Mikey’s” sister STACY- Able to play 18-21 – She is ALI 2.0 … She is very Sexy, Flirty, but sort of the superficial stuck up cheerleader type JENNIFER – Able to play 18-21 She is very sexy in a different sort of way. She is the “artsy” well-read type. President of the Drama club SLOANE – Able to play 35-42 She was “Ms. Everything” in high school and she is still an absolute knock out in the looks department but has started to hide it over the years…She is Married to JIM VERONICA – Able to play 35-42 She is Stacy’s single Mother and she is basically a grown up version of Stacy in looks and personality HARRISON – Able to Play 18-21 with classic movie star good looks, overly sophisticated and dresses way too nice for his age. He’s a lady’s man “A guy’s guy” *You Must have a stellar personal wardrobe for this role! CAMERON DUTCH (aka DUTCH) – Able to Play 18-21 He is athlete but not your typical athlete. He is good looking but smart and well-spoken Michael (MIKEY) – Able to play 18-21 – Sci-Fi Obssessed Geeky smaller guy – obvious virgin but very smart LIAM – Able to Play 35-42 – Harrison’s Single Father – College History Professor. Classy Man’s Man, Ruggedly Handsome, but he does have his quirks BRANDON CLARK (aka Clark) – Able to play 35-42 He has put on a few pound but still much better than average looking. He is the former big time jock who is still hanging onto the good ole days JIM – Able to play 35-42 Was the Prom king in high school, very popular then, classic good looks, still married to his high school sweetheart Sloane. He is a very level headed guy FEATURED ROLES: Random Party Guy 1 – Able to play 18-22 – this role has a substantial speaking part and must be comfortable with implied/partial nudity and sexual situations. Random Guy – able to play 18-22 small speaking role with much camera time Random Party Patron – Male or Female Able to play 35-45 – The role has multiple lines Random Party Patron 2 – Adult Male Able to play 35-45 – This role has a substantial speaking role The Schwartz’s Hotties – This role is for 2 females able to play 18-25 – The roles will receive ample screen time and have 1 or 2 lines each! – These roles must be comfortable with appearing inn underwear and/or sexy Halloween costumes Crazy man in costume – Male able to play in the range of 35-45 and be comfortable in a crazy Halloween costume – This IS a speaking role Crazy woman in costume – Female able to play in the range of 35-45 and be comfortable in a tight and somewhat revealing Halloween costume – This IS a speaking role Random Woman “Liam’s Lady”- Female able to play in the range of 35-45 – This role has a ample screen time * note all roles will appear in Halloween costumes – This movie takes place during the course of 2 very different inter-connected Halloween parties Send submissions Via email to Contact@SpiritWorldFilms.com or in person at Get Connected

This past evening, Atlanta-area meet-up Get Connected featured “The Devil Between You and Me” in the line-up of music videos. The gathering was to celebrate and encourage the further collaboration of the filmmaking and musical communities right here in Atlanta. With a sizable crowd in tow, our video was met to a loud round of praise and it was truly an honor to be included in the line-up. Check out what all the fuss was about. In the past few weeks, we have wrapped shooting for our latest feature film, Perdition; had an outrageously fun wrap party at The Glenwood (glenwoodatlanta.com)(lots of incriminating pictures to come soon); cut, scored and released an exciting teaser trailer; filmed a fun on-set video to a song by Zoe Myers; and edited nearly half of Perdition’s footage….whew, that was a lot. So, as you can tell, we have a ton of stuff happening over here in the Spirit World. Make sure that you check out our latest trailer and our latest indieGoGo campaign. As of yesterday, our latest project, Perdition, is fully cast. Check out our lovely cast here. We could still use your help raising funding for this project. We are 20 days away from it ending and not as close as we would like to be. Every bit helps. Even if you are not able to commit to a large sum, $5 or $10 helps towards the cause. This project is about more than just making awesome, original indie film. It is also about proving that a giant budget and a recycled story are not acceptable as entertainment anymore. This morning we woke to find some good news floating around in our inbox. Our feature film, The Doorway, was accepted into it’s first (of many) film festivals — the Indie Spirit Film Festival in Colorado Springs, CO. We are overwhelmed and extremely excited. Again, a round of thanks for the incredible people like you, who help us get to wonderful places like this. Stay tuned as we await even more word from other festivals across the world!

We have wrapped our first week of casting for our upcoming feature, Perdition, and it has been far more fruitful than we could ever imagine. We were blessed to have had so many amazing people come in to read for every role. The response to our casting calls was overwhelming and there is lots of unsung talent that we were not even able to meet with. As we wind down our search (still looking for our male lead), we wanted you to know more about our cast, crew and the direction fo this production. After a crazy day of casting and crew interviews, we are ecstatic to announce two new members of our growing Perdition crew – Lauren Taylor and Kristy Hodge. Lauren will be taking on duties as our Script Supervisor, and Kristy will be heading up our Production Assistants. They bring experience and excitement to our fast-growing group. Welcome them to the fold as we continue to push this movie forward to great things!!!

As we continue into the depths of pre-production, we need your help to raise funding, hype and support. Times are tough and not everyone can afford to donate monetarily. We understand that. We are right there with ya on that one. But, that doesn’t mean we can’t use your help. And, everyone who helps us out, we want to make it known that we appreciate your support. So, if you are a facebook fiend or a twitter go-getter, you can stay attired in our pajamas and help us make movies by passing along our campaign, photos, rambles, etc. It goes like this, if your share or RT or smoke signal leads to some funding or new contributor, then we will put your name in our credits. You (yes,you with the outrageous bedhead) can have your name in lights for simply clicking a button and sending our campaign across the world. Every little bit helps. Harass your rich uncle that you never speak to, or hit up that rich aunt that only seems to send you $12 checks for Christmas; anything you do will help us reach our goal. The goal is to continue making movies that, in their own little way, can help change the world. For us, this is our life goal, our driving motivator.
